Substandard Condition - Grade C
Products have been re-certified to function as originally intended. Units show significant signs of use and may include light damage. Our clients use these units as backups, spare parts or for lab purposes.  Cost and functionality are of primary concern while appearance is not important.
Good Condition - Grade B
Products have been re-certified to function as originally intended. Unit may show light signs of use such as scratches or blemishes. 
Like New - Grade A
Used, Grade A Items are in great condition with possible, minor cosmetic issues that are difficult to see.  The unit is functionally sound and cosmetically near-perfect. Products have been tested and re-certified to function as originally intended.
Removed from New Product/New Pull (NP)
Product is new but was separated from the original product shipped by the manufacturer. This happens to components such as hard drives, expansion modules, etc. Item was never used or placed into a production environment.
New with Opened Box (NOB)
Product is new but original packaging was opened for inspection or the manufacturer seal/tape has been broken. Item was never used or placed into a production environment.
New Sealed (NIB)
Product is sold in original sealed packaging. Item has never been opened or used.
