Then, simply return your purchase in the condition you received it in and upon receipt of the product we will prompty refund your money, no questions asked.

Return Policy
All returns must be made within 14 days of product(s) being received. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Product(s) that are returned, must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No refunds will be given for damaged returns. Buyer is responsible for any damaged caused during shipment back to us.

If you would like to make a return please contact Customer Support for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Our support staff will provide you with an RMA number which you will need to reference on any return shipment.

Any returns that are received without an RMA # will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
