To whom it may concern. I thought you should know that your people in customer support helped me with my CDROM problem. I was having a hard time installing my operating system and they helped my determine that my CDROM was defective. You all shipped a replacement CDROM the same day and then helped me swap it. All is well now. Your customer support deserves a pat on the back.
