One-Year Warranty
All used & refurbished products sold by Teksavers include a standard one-year replacement warranty. New products include the standard product manufacturer warranty or 90 Days if the manufacturer does not offer a warranty.*
Teksavers will replace defective products on a priority basis (usually within 24 hours if item is in stock).
Cisco-Certified technicians are available to assist with implementation or configuration questions.
Defective products require that an RMA number be issued before Teksavers can accept the product for exchange.

Getting replacements directly from Manufacturers can be a time consuming and lengthy process.
Other used equipment sellers only offer a standard 30 day warranty. At Teksavers, you simply GET MORE!
Extended warranties are also available, contact us (1-866-832-6188) for more information. 2-5 Year Warranties are available.
*1 Year Warranty applies to Retail customers only. Wholesale & reseller customers should contact their reseller sales rep for applicable terms & conditions. 1 Year warranty may be not be included on certain Government bids. Government customers should confirm with their government sales rep for warranty details before accepting bid.
