Cisco Warranty Policy
All used & refurbished Cisco products sold by Teksavers include a standard One-Year Replacement Warranty. New products include the standard product manufacturer warranty or 90 Days if the manufacturer does not offer a warranty.*
Teksavers will replace defective products on a priority basis (usually within 24 hours if item is in stock).
Defective products require that an RMA number be issued before Teksavers can accept the product for exchange.
Computers & Laptops Warranty Policy
All used & refurbished computer/latop and related products sold by Teksavers include a limited 6-Month parts & labor warranty. New products include the standard product manufacturer warranty or 90 Days if the manufacturer does not offer a warranty.*
During the first 3 months from the original date of purchase, Teksavers will replace defective products on a priority basis (usually within 24 hours if item is in stock). Any labor is also covered during this period. For the remaining 3 months, Teksavers will cover labor only.
RMA Required
Defective products require that an RMA number be issued before Teksavers can accept the product for exchange. Please contact Customer Support for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Our support staff will provide you with an RMA number which you will need to reference on any return shipment.
* Stated warranty applies to Retail customers only. Wholesale & reseller customers should contact their reseller sales rep for applicable terms & conditions. 1 Year warranty may be not be included on certain Government bids. Government customers should confirm with their government sales rep for warranty details before accepting bid.
